Who runs this
AI Worm is a free browser game made by Henrique Pacheco. Contact: henriquejcpacheco@gmail.com. There are no accounts and no sign-up.
What is measured
Vercel Web Analytics, run by Vercel Inc. as our processor, records page views and gameplay events: which origin and difficulty a run used, the month it reached, how it ended, counts of actions, how many days since your first visit, and which kind of site sent you. It sets no cookies and the events carry no personal data.
Visitors are told apart by a short-lived hash of the request, which Vercel discards after 24 hours. See Vercel's analytics privacy policy. The current list of events is in the game's source code.
If you play AI Worm on CrazyGames, their privacy policy covers that site. This page covers aiworm.app.
What stays on your device
Your run in progress, your settings and, later, your profile are stored in your browser's localStorage and never leave it. A small visitor record (the day you first and last opened the game, and how many runs you started and finished) is kept there too; the game sends only how many days it has been since your first visit, never the dates. Clearing this site's data removes them.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be deleted, and complain to the data protection authority where you live. Write to the email above. Nothing here can identify you, so in practice there is nothing to return.
